Contact, donations and brochure
The contact form sends your name, email address and message to the foundation when you submit it. This information is saved in private storage to handle your request.
The brochure is free. Only your email address is requested to access the PDF download. The donation request prepares an email with the amount and preferred payment method. These requests do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Required fields allow us to handle your request. You can also contact the foundation directly by email or telephone. Do not include sensitive data, card numbers or Mobile Money codes in a message.
Online payments are currently unavailable. No donations are collected through the forms, and the brochure requires no payment. The terms for future payments will be provided before they are enabled.
Use and recipients
Requests sent through the forms rely on your consent to handling them. The corresponding checkbox is unchecked by default. This consent covers neither advertising nor newsletters. You can withdraw it by writing to the foundation; handling of the request may then stop.
Your contact and brochure requests are kept in private Vercel storage in the United States, accessible to authorised people who administer the project for the foundation. They are used only to handle your request. Any other use will be explained separately and, where needed, require specific consent.
Retention
Contact and brochure requests are removed from the site’s storage after 90 days during daily cleanup. Each request includes its date, language and your consent to processing. Form fields are not saved in your browser’s local storage.
To limit abusive requests, a temporary fingerprint of your IP address is removed during daily cleanup once it is more than two days old. The request register does not contain your IP address. Copies exported by the foundation and subsequent email exchanges must also be deleted when no longer needed. Contact the foundation to request access to or deletion of your information.
Hosting and technical data
The public website is hosted by Vercel. The host may process technical data, including IP addresses and request logs. See its privacy notice for details.

Cookies and trackers
The website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The selected language is part of the page address; it is not saved in a cookie. No consent preference is saved on your device.
This website’s photos, fonts and videos are served from its own hosting. The YouTube documentary and source publications load only when you follow their external links; those services then apply their own rules.
If optional trackers are added, they must remain disabled until you agree. Refusing must be as easy as accepting, and you must be able to change your choice.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent, subject to applicable law.
Send your request to the foundation, identifying the correspondence concerned. Do not send an identity document unsolicited; appropriate verification may be requested if necessary.
